Run These Steps

1. Start Apache and MySQL in XAMPP
2. Open http://localhost/my_attendance/attendance_bot/install.php
3. Edit config.php with BOT_TOKEN, APP_BASE_URL, and ADMIN_IDS
4. Run: ngrok http 80
5. Open setup_webhook.php through your ngrok HTTPS URL
6. Send /start to your Telegram bot
